Pamela Davey

Memory Care Director

Pam oversees and manages our two specialized  memory care programs: The Terrace and The Neighborhood. Starting in 2016 as an Engaged life Instructor . With her strong leadership and passion for seniors, in 2017 she was promoted to Memory Care Director.

 She brings her experiences working with seniors demonstrating cognitive impairment and is a member of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and National Council of Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitators , and in 2019 completed her Certification in Event Management at Bryant University.  incorporating Wingate’s signature programs: Wingate Wisdom, Wingate Wellness & Wingate Warmth. The 3 W’s focus on a holistic approach to caring for the whole person and provide residents with purposeful activities for intellectual stimulation, movement and spirituality.

Pam enjoys striving to make a difference everyday for those around her, and is excited to join the Wingate team.

Pam lives in Franklin Ma, with her husband and two children.
