Maintenance Director

Greg manages Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard’s plant operations to ensure our building is always functioning properly. In addition to his many years of management and operations experience, Greg’s energy and positive “can do” attitude are an invaluable asset to our community.

Greg has gravitated towards working with seniors since the age of 10, when he enjoyed delivering newspapers room-to-room at a local nursing home as a paper boy. He began working in nursing homes at the age of 18, when repairing a piece of broken equipment led to being hired to work in the maintenance department. “I came up through the trenches.”

Greg has great respect for our residents and does everything in his power to make sure they are heard, safe, and satisfied.
