Business Office Manager

As our Business Office Manager and HR Generalist, Lillian Jean (Jeannie) oversees human resources and accounting operations at Wingate Residences on Blackstone Boulevard, including employee records and benefits, completing the hiring process, coordinating Orientation, managing the Relias Training, and processing payroll and all related adjustments.

Although she has been with Wingate for three years, she has over 20 years of experience in assisted living in various positions. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She has visited over twenty countries, taking photographs of the wildlife, architecture, and cultural events. Her favorite place is Chitwan, Nepal where she returns to as often as she can. She is looking forward to working with the Life Enrichment Department to share her pictures with our residents. Namaste.
