Melissa returns to Wingate with over 16 years of industry knowledge in assisted living, memory care and hospice care. Her compassion for families and their aging loved ones is what fuels her commitment to ensure that each resident feels welcomed and loved in their new home.

Finding a new home can feel overwhelming and a little bit scary, especially for our seniors, which is why Melissa takes the time to really listen and learn, as much as possible, to enable her to truly guide and support each family in their own unique way.

At the end of the day, we all become an extended family and I enjoy growing those relationships every day.
